The building features a chic design with an entrance that exudes luxury.
Additionally, there is a lounge space on the second floor that can be used at any time during your stay.

The nearest station is Susukino Station on the Namboku Line, just a 5-minute walk.
Sapporo Streetcar is also a 5-minute walk from Tanukikoji Station,
making it easy to access the popular COCONO SUSUKINO and
Moyuku Sapporo located in Tanukikoji!

You can also reach Odori Park in about 5 minutes,
making it a great location for event tourism such as the Snow Festival in winter and beer gardens in summer.

Based on the "Residential Accommodation Business Act," we ask for the information of all guests.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will sequentially send a link for your response, so please make sure to respond.
(Guests who are not Japanese nationals need to provide their passport number and a photo of their passport.)
*Children (infants) also need to provide their information.

The key handover for our accommodation is non-face-to-face, so we will use a key box.
You will unlock the key box using the PIN code we will send you.
The PIN code will be provided after confirming the information of all guests.

  • Our facility is equipped with an automatic lock. Guests will need a key to access the entrance and their designated floor.
  • Lost keys or items left in the room may incur additional fees for key replacement.
  • We do not provide scissors, knives, or other sharp objects for safety reasons.
  • Guests are not allowed to remove any items from the room.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the room. If smoking is detected, additional cleaning fees may be applied.
  • Guests are not allowed to enter the room with their shoes on.
  • Guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels, as there may be other residents in the facility.
